Our Process

 

Hiring staff for your organization can be time-consuming and demanding, but when you work with us, we guarantee it will be a rapid and trouble-free experience. This is the process we implement to ensure an effortless hiring process.

 
 

 
 

Kick-Off

With new clients, we like to initiate our relationship with a kick-off call to understand more about your business, goals, and culture. It is important that we have an understanding about what is most important to your company when it comes to hiring great talent. During this time, we also discuss your job openings and how we can help you source the candidates you have been looking for.


The Search

Our team will immediately begin the search for candidates, utilizing our network of over 400,000 pre-qualified professionals, our expanded professional network, and other top-of-the-line recruiting tools and search methods. Each search is tailored specially to your needs, with no two searches ever being alike. We constantly innovative new strategies that help us continue to source great candidates in the constantly dynamic job market.


Screening

When potential candidates are identified, our specialized recruiters screen candidates and their resumes, and address the qualifications and skillsets that are most important to you. After candidates are screened, our Director of Recruiting conducts at least one call with each candidate to analyze their fit for the role, professional presentation, communication skills, work experience, and cultural fit for your company. With at least two layers of screening before a candidate is presented, you can always be assured that a candidate meets your hiring needs.


Presentation

The Recruiting Manager overseeing the search will present clients individually after they pass through our screening process. You will be provided with their resume and a succinct summary of their professional highlights and requirements.


Interviewing

When you identify a candidate you are interested in interviewing, we will coordinate all meetings, from phone conversations to in-person interviews. After each conversation, we have individual conversations with the candidate and interviewer to gather feedback and next steps for the interview process, and coordinate any necessary communications throughout the process.


Offer Letter

When we identify the perfect candidate for your job opening, our team will work with you to facilitate the distribution of an Offer of Employment. We realize this process varies across organizations, so we adapt our processes to do what is most helpful for you.


Job Success

We make it our priority to follow up with our clients after a candidate is hired to ensure that the hiring decision is successful. Though it is rare for our candidates to be unsuccessful in their roles, we offer a 120-day guarantee, offering ample time for our clients to evaluate a candidate’s fit for the role. In the event that you decide that an unfit candidate was hired, we will conduct the search for you again for free, and with high priority.
